Eyes Low Return Policy (30 Days)

We want you to be confident wearing Eyes Low. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

What qualifies for a return:

  • Unworn, unwashed items

  • Original condition

  • Tags and packaging included

  • No stains, odors, or signs of use

What doesn’t qualify:

  • Final sale items

  • Customized items (if you ever add them)

  • Items damaged from wear and tear

Wrong item, damaged item, or printing error?

If we messed up or the product arrived with a defect, email us within 30 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

How returns work:

  1. Send us an email at eyeslowextracts@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once the product arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The product was misprinted

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll process it as soon as the original product is returned.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
